At Outdoor Care, we are committed to providing efficient, secure, and transparent delivery service for all orders within the European Union. Below are the terms and shipping options applicable to purchases made on our website.
1. Delivery Area
We ship to all countries within the European Union. If you wish to place an order to other international destinations, please contact us.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302, we do not apply discrimination based on the customer’s country of residence within the EU.
2. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is shown during the checkout process and varies by destination. As a general guide:
- Spain (mainland): 2 to 4 working days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 3 to 6 working days
- Other EU countries: 4 to 8 working days
Times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, customs in special territories, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and clearly shown before payment.
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as indicated in promotions or banners).
No hidden or discriminatory fees are applied based on the customer’s location within the EU.
4. Carriers and Tracking
We work with trusted courier companies that offer tracking services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery status.
5. Failed Deliveries or Absence
If you are not at the delivery address at the time of arrival, the courier will attempt a second delivery or provide instructions to reschedule or collect your package at an authorized location.
6. Damaged or Lost Products in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us at info@outdoorcare.com within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the packaging and affected product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, as applicable.
7. Liability
Once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for losses or theft. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
8. Address Changes
You may request a change of address before your order has been processed and shipped. If the order is already in transit, we cannot guarantee changes.
9. Invoicing and Documentation
We issue electronic invoices in accordance with current tax regulations in Spain and the European Union. If you require a VAT breakdown invoice for intra-community operators, please indicate this at checkout or contact us.
