🧾Return & Withdrawal Policy

At Outdoor Care, we want you to feel confident about your purchase and free to explore the outdoors. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return process in line with EU regulations.
📦 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
This means you may notify us within that period that you no longer wish to keep the item, and then return it to receive a refund.
Please note:
You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
🧾 Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for a return:
- You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
- Products must not be used beyond basic handling.
- Returns must include the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature or function, we may apply a reduction to your refund.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, Outdoor Care will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping.
💶 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- You will be refunded via your original payment method.
- The refund will include the cost of the product + standard delivery fee, if applicable.
- Additional delivery upgrades (e.g. express shipping) are not refundable.
We may withhold your refund until:
- We receive the item, or
- You provide proof of return shipping — whichever comes first.
🔄 Exchanges
If you would like a different product or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
🚫 Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Gift cards (personalized item)
- Digital content once accessed or downloaded
- Sealed personal care items if opened
- Custom or personalized products
🛡️ Legal Guarantee (2 Years)
All Outdoor Care products are covered by the EU-mandated 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or non-conformity present at the time of delivery.
This guarantee does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by improper storage (e.g. exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture)
- Misuse of the product or failure to follow usage instructions
- Degradation caused by leaving the product open or not sealing it properly
Important:
During the first 12 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless we can prove otherwise.
After 12 months, the customer must prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
We strongly recommend following the storage instructions provided on the product label to ensure its effectiveness and durability.
